Via Serlas Sommerfest

The Via Serlas Summer Festival, in collaboration with the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival, was a resounding success – bright sunshine, a lively atmosphere, and culinary highlights that enchanted St. Moritz.

On June 18 and 19, 2025, the fifth Hospitality Summit took place at Halle 550, once again setting the benchmark as the most significant industry event in the Swiss hospitality sector. More than 1,800 industry professionals took advantage of a diverse range of offerings presented by over 100 renowned speakers and more than 100 dedicated exhibitors.
Since early 2020, WOEHRLE PIROLA has been responsible for the conception and organization of the Hospitality Summit as a partner of HotellerieSuisse.
The next Hospitality Summit will take place on June 3 and 4, 2026, for the first time at the Festhalle BernExpo. We are already looking forward to once again welcoming numerous participants and partners—for further networking, inspiration, and strengthening of our industry.

From January 27 to the first of February, 2025, we celebrated the 31th anniversary of the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival.

Successful conclusion of the 31st edition: Under the motto "New Culinary Lifestyle," the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival 2025 delighted over 2,300 guests and set strong impulses for the future. With innovative concepts, international top chefs, and sustainable enjoyment, the 31st edition set new standards. The expanded concept, which specifically targeted a younger audience, was particularly well received.

The Porsche Kitchen Party at Badrutt’s Palace kicked off the festival with culinary highlights and a lively celebration. Over the course of six days, more than 30 events delighted attendees – from masterclasses to the legendary Porsche Safaris. New event formats such as the Heavensake Party and Taste, Scent & Sound reflected current trends, perfectly capturing the spirit of the times. At the "Grand Gourmet Closing Show" at Billionaire St. Moritz of the Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski, all ten guest chefs cooked for 180 guests. The unique dinner show was accompanied by twelve top-tier performances. A fitting conclusion to an unforgettable festival week.
